Ability Screen Interactions

Hi Riot,

I'm currently writing this ticket with a slight bit of irritation, due to the fact that while playing a game of ARAM, my screen was constantly changing tints (colours/hues?) due to teemo's blind effect. Now if I recall correctly- though it's very likely I'm wrong, the changing of ones entire screen colour to notify the player of a certain status effect they are experiencing started with Zilean ult - where your screen would turn golden. Since then (or before so), several other champion abilities have had this effect where it would notify the player via the entire screen changing color. E.g, Illaoi E, Teemo Blind (to name a couple off the top of my head). Now while I do completely understand why this was implemented, as well as understand how it is helpful, I personally find it quite the nuisance and was hoping that there may be a way to turn it off on my end somewhere within the client, or the game files. If such a method exists, I would be very grateful, seeing as how experiencing such visual irritations several times in a row (teemo's blind has a short cooldown...) was rather infuriating - especially when focused. It's as if you're watching a movie let's say, and there are occasional camera flashes, for lack of a better analogy. In conclusion, I'm quite hopeful that there is a way to disable this effect, and if not now, for it to be implemented in the future.
