Long queue times

It is absolutely insane that every time i queue into a ranked match i am looking at a 10-20 minute queue time. i know the 2 roles i pick might be slightly more popular but it makes me not even want to play. When i log on to play league i am usually in a good mood and ready to kick some ass and waiting this long to get into a game really takes me out of that cut throat ready to go mood.
