@Meddler, @Riot Any Updates on the Syndra Changes

I really like Syndra and was wondering if you had any updates on the changes / buffs you were going to implement onto her and if you know an estimate of what patch they will be implemented, because I thought they were coming in 5.19 IIRC, but the PBE updates have been desolate and empty of champion balance changes.
