There seems to be a lack of teamwork in lower levels. I'm level 14. I haven't played the higher levels, so I don't know about the higher levels. But, the lower levels seem to lack teamwork. Like one game it was pretty even. We are all pushing mid. We are headed for a team battle. This one guy runs off and pushes bot. Another game, everyone just runs off and do their own thing and never group for team fights. Another game we wiped the entire enemy team and we should be pushing rax, but instead they all run to dragon and this was extremely late in the game where we were losing. The enemy team then respawned and killed us and we lost.

Um, ya. You're going to see a lot of this until you are level 30 playing ranked and get to high elo. Even then you'll sometimes have people that don't care what their team is doing, but at low levels it's basically all you see.

You won't see much change until around high silver ELO. It becomes less frequent the higher up you go. However, split pushing is how I got out of Bronze anyway, so it's not always such a bad idea.

You are playing with people who are just learning the game, League/riot sucks at teaching players how to play which is a problem

League is also a very hard game with no instruction or guide manual submitted by riot, so a players only way to learn is to look at guides, videos, streams, or hire a tutor/coach.
