i main renekton i think that he have to much cd on all spells. q =7 sec w =10 sec r =17 sec to much can you little do something about that.i need first when i attack someone attack with basic attack if i use that 3 spells in early attack i can lose duel against someone .this cd on spells is to much.i show you how i want those spells cd in my opinion. q= 4 sec r =6 sec r=13 sec
Renekton is pretty strong right now.

His cooldowns are fine right now, as he's meant to have windows (especially after using E) where he's unable to trade with his full combo. If you're having trouble with his cooldowns, Black Cleaver rush always helps. And you can honestly just wait the cooldown time to get half fury on minions, E through minions to laner, AA+W+AA+Q then E back, you'll have won the trade in almost all cases, and can now continue farming while waiting for fury and cooldowns.
