New rune/mastery makes some champs completely useless

Some of the new runes were pretty cool. But having predator not being able to proc mid way proxying as singed or phase rush being 15% movement speed at earlier levels is pretty depressing to watch as a player who was expecting a rune for champs like singed.

AD sion would charge Q in a bush auto attack then proc stormraiders which made chasing enemy with auto attacks possible. Much more champs took stormraiders and actually did well like AD thresh, gnar, syndra, and ryze to name a few. With the new "Phase Rush" These sion level 1 kill pressure, ad thresh auto proc, and gnar max w becomes unviable. The movement speed sion needs to auto people down after a fully charged q is not there anymore.

Oh well now singed has to take something retarded which is not DTF or courage. As for sion, Ad sion tilterella style is unviable now
