Why Didn't you make His Q Get Stronger over time (Farther it goes, Stronger it becomes) instead of making it larger ? Just Asking

Larger is stronger. The increase in size makes the "skill shot" harder to dodge and able to hit more targets. The only way it would have been even remotely balanced if they scaled the damage up would be to either have it do virtually no damage at close range, or to cap the damage at some distance.
