My last 3 loses in a row feels like riot matched me with a bunch of bronzies just to make me lose

Matchmaking is HORRIBLE right now. The quality of these games is the worst its ever been. Could this be because mass amounts of people are quitting and Riot is trying to cover it up by making queue times faster?
