Do you think ornn is overloaded?

Personally I like that he has this store passive which reminds me of chang'e which is a hero from another moba. I dont know about his cc tho, on one hand he has three displacements and a slow however I think it looks fair due to the w auto being guaranteed cc while the rest need skill to land. The only place i might have to agree with ornn being overloaded would be his w being a mini olaf ult ( altough im not sure if it just removes cc then he is susceptible to another one. Or if he is immune the entire time.) and maybe his passive giving his team a better lategame. But idk what the upgrades would be so who knows.
