Quick suggestion for Riot
Simple suggestion: if you detect some beginner is not buying boots before 30 minutes, dont fucking put him in gold elo game, especially my placements

A lot of beginners who are playing ranked for the first time are placed in games around silver elo because silver is roughly around the average skill level for the player base. It can be frustrating to get someone who may have absolutely no idea how to play in your ranked games but odds are they will more than likely be shot down the ladder pretty quickly after a couple losses.
Also I'm not sure if you're talking about solo/duo or flex, but you're silver 1 with a 50% wr and over 400 games of solo/duo. If a fresh account won a couple placements it's pretty reasonable for them to be in your games. And if you're talking about flex, flex is weird and the matchmaking is always sorta fucky.
