Highlights not in the Spotlight?

I noticed recently that the highlights are only able to be viewed by yourself. Isn't the point of a highlight being able to show it off to others? I understand how it has troubles considering its from a game you downloaded but, it doesn't make sense to have highlights that no one can see other than you. It would be great to go into someones profile and see their 1V5 Penta or clutch Baron steal. So I would like to hear peoples thoughts about the highlight section of the client that, honestly isn't very highlighted for others to see.
