sure is fun when the balance team kill a champions ability to attempt to solo lane RIP this ancient offpick, was never fully viable but sure was a lot of fun

I would have thought after 7+ years we would have gotten over the fact that sometimes a enchanter can hold their own in a solo lane, but no, the attitude is "kill it asap and I don't care how this effects other builds/roles" while basically every other archtype in the game gets 2 roles they can comfortably play in + more changes pushing champions into different roles

But enchanters must ONLY be tacked alongside a ADC

I mean, its not though? The nerfs to solo lane sona - +40 mana costs, refunded when shes near allies - are actually pretty well thought out and solve the issue, or require solo lanes to invest in mana like any other mage. At least theyre not gutting her functionality. The Raka and Sona changes are really good from that veiwpoint; they hit the problem, not the whole.

In fact, looking deeper, at literally every elo, she has 1 to 4 percent higher of a win rate then every champion that can go top or was more designed for it.

Singed is the highest top laner in bronze with a 53% win rate, she has 54%.

Singed is the highest again at 53 to her 54 again at silver.

Singed has a 54 she has a 57 at Gold.

Kled and Rengar both have 52s, she has a 55 in Plat.

Diamond is the first elo a champion designed to top matches her at 55%, yes, matches her.

I'm all for champions being able to do well in other lanes, but with numbers like these, can you REALLY argue she shouldn't get a tad touched down in her solo lane capabilities? Really?

Sona way viable mid all you need is brain to execute her success in lane, Sona should be support that can speed up, heal, shield and damge boost whole team not onesehot everyone while doing everything else
