Small Clarity Change For Renekton

So as some of you may not know, the second part of Renekton's empowered E, Dice, will reduce the armor of all the enemies it hits by up to 35% for 4 seconds. However, there is no visual indicator for this to show that the champions have been afflicted with this debuff. Note, there are multiple other champions that will leave a mark when they reduce their targets armor, such as Sion with his E.

My biggest concern is that a lot of Renekton players don't use his empowered E, probably because they don't know it actually does this. I think adding a mark to the target to show they have reduced armor is a good way to let people know they are being useful, since reducing armor takes a way a lot of gold value from the enemy team.

Also, Nasus also has this problem with his Spirit Fire, but I don't think it's as big of a deal because people don't have to choose to whether or not to use it like Renekton does with his Fury.
