Team Help

So as we all know, League is both an individual and team game. The purpose of this thread is to get help as someone who's trying to climb ranked in this new season.

As seen in worlds it doesn't matter how good you are as an individual (RIP Faker), losing lanes will ALWAYS cost you the game.

I'm constantly faced with this dilemma. I practice continually on my mechanics, objective control and vision, regardless of lane. However it always seems that my team doesn't know how to play at my level.

This is NOT me saying I'm a pro player or anything of that sort, just that I regularly out perform my team. This affects my MMR and ELO when I play ranked and even Norms.

I'd like any tips for being able to improve my gameplay and rank in scenarios where 2+ lanes are losing.
