Quinn's Passive

Let's face it. There are alot of problems with Quinn's passive. It can only target one champ, targeting it is difficult at best, half the time it targets the wrong champ or minoin...etc. I'm not talking about that. I'm talking about how the mark itself applies damage. Because right now, the mark doesn't do any damage. ANY.

Let me explain. Most marks (Zeds ult, LeBlanc's Q, Tristana's grenades) they actually DO damage. When Zed's mark pops it deals damage. When Le Blanc pops her mark the actual marks damages the opponent and the same with Tristana. This is NOT how Quinn's passive works.

Despite using the exact phrase "mark", instead of "popping" and applying damage when she auto's a marked target, it modifies the damage dealt by that auto attack.

This may not seem like a big deal but it kinda is.

It means that Pantheon completely ruins your game, as does Teemo, or anyone else with a blind/block mechanic. Blocking/Blinding have no "real" hit or miss modifier because accuracy is not coded in League. Instead they reduce the damage that your auto-attack does to 0. This means that whenever you auto-attack a Pantheon who is marked by Harrier but with his shield up instead of doing 0 auto-attack damage plus mark damage, you instead do 0 damage....oh yeah, and you expend the mark too so it's not like you can then auto-attack again.

I think this is unfair because 1.) how marks generally work in the game and 2.) even when blinded or blocked, on hit effects still apply, like Twisted Fate's Gold Cards, Draven's Throwing Axes, etc
