Please the matchmaking need a fix.

Im currently diamond 5 and I'm playing with lvl 20 and lvl 26 in draft normal games. No i'm not playing with a random lvl 20 i'm playing with friends all ranked from silver to diam. with a majority in plat. When i played normal games before I was matched with and against silver and bronze players which was already bad on it's own. And now with lvl 26 and 20. Why can't we get matched with at least players lvl 30 and in the same elo range?
