Neeko W passive

Why is Neeko 's w passive not stacking on tower or doing damage to towers anymore? Further more why was this not shown in the patch notes? It seems like a nerf to me because I like to play her as a top bruiser split pusher and if you want to stack the passive on the tower you could then do a hefty chunk to the top laner with the empowered aa under tower. But now not being able to do this is going to make this play style that I like to go very obsolete and ineffective.

I'm really not sure why this bug keeps coming up. It seems like a relatively easy thing to manage, especially if they've fixed it once before.

Personally, I don't think she NEEDS that tower damage. If push comes to shove, I'd rather it not work on towers for more fun elsewhere in her kit, like better illusions or more damage on the last explosion of her Q.
