Why does get to have his powerspike at LEVEL 3 and do incredible amounts of damage all game, yet if I'm given I don't get my powerspike until the game is already over. First turret falls before three minutes and I feel like I have to hold turret while I haven't even died yet while everyone else gets to buy items. If I die ONCE, the turret falls and when I finally get to buy my , they're already at our inhibitor to the point where it would have been better off going attack speed on hit Viktor.

I heard that this build is over 3000 gold cheaper.
