League Voice

So I feel like game play goes way better when you are using voice communications for your team. You can notify someone when an enemy is coming to your lane. You can discuss strategy better. You can focus on objectives more. I feel like you shouldn't have to be in a party to use league voice. This should be an option once you get into champion select. I feel like this would make peoples game better and the ability to climb easier. Lets face it there are people who just cant.
