@RIOT, Change summoners in game

I know this sounds crazy but hear me out. I'm not talking about throughout the game im talking about right in the beginning. Lets say your gonna jungle and you pick your champ and you have real life things to do so you forget to take smite. Now in game your at a huge disadvantage. In the first 30 seconds you should be able to switch only twice. So after switch two summoners you cant keep switching in that 30 second window. This would make it easier to get right ones in game. Of course this should only be in ranked because if its in blind then you could switch summoners according to match. But since you already see champs in ranked it should be fine.

I know it sounds crazy but i think it would actually help.
