just bring 10 bans to urf

i don't understand why we still have AR urf after the new 10 ban system worked out so well. literally every single person i've played with in urf so far has gotten the same repeated champs 4 or 5 times. obviously urf is a cluster fuck but how can you justify AR when you STILL see the same cancerous champions who have permastuns and just ruin the fun so it's not even a fair shot?

my other point is because of a game i just played where the enemy was morg jayce fizz so we lost hard but they wouldn't even end the game they sat at our nexus permastunning us whenever we respawned in the fountain.
