Cursor?

I was wondering if theres a possible way we can maintain our own cursor while playing league, or if theres a method to make the cursor size smaller.

I have a huge problem (particularly when adcing, where I click directly on the target but apparently not? and it acts like a misclick, its extremely annoying... so I was thinking that maybe with a smaller cursor it'd be fixed/more accurate.)
