I just want to reload

Can there be a way to make Jhin reload without having to wait that annoyingly long holding period where he just sits on the few shots he has left. Many times, such as after a small fight, i'm left with 1 or 2 shots left and i cant reload in time if the enemy decides to engage again, making me start with a disadvantage for which I cant do anything about.

Don't get me wrong, I like saving that last shot for an optimal target, but a way to cancel it and just reload would be nice to have as well. Look at Graves, though he only has 2 shots, he has a forced reload (E) and he reloads at 2 times more than Jhin can they both hold their last shot for the full duration holds his last shot (4 seconds of holding a shot + 1-2 seconds reload time compared to Jhin's 10 seconds of holding and a fixed 2.5 reload time).
