GP ghost barrel and MS?

So I can do triple ghost barrel rly well (E,E,Q,E). I think Im doing it well enough. I've learned a lot of others combos, but there is a problem when it comes to double ghost barrel (not easy E,E,Q, but E,Q,E). Let's call this DGB. Im using smartcast without indicators and I'm fast enough to place second barrel for that combo thing. But the hell I never did this. I know I need to place second barrel while Q animation; im doing that way always, but second barrel appears only after first barrel destroyed. U say I need to be faster, but trust me, Im sure of my reflex. I can make some insec's pretty well (lee, azir etc.; I know, bad examples). I was watching today Tobias Fate video in which he says GP needs good ping and 60ms is too much for him. I noticed also that someone in comments was writting that u can't make DGB with ping higher than 50-60. Is that true? I used to play with 60-80 normally. Maybe this is a reason? I call u GP mains.
