Spellbook as Zoe’s main keystone?

Before I got Zoe, I thought Arcane Comet was the obvious rune for her. But now after playing her, and after watching streams where EVERYONE takes Unsealed Spellbook instead, I’m unsure. The same goes for Ryze. What’s the biggest benefits with taking Unsealed Spellbook and the inspiration tree over the sorcery tree as a main tree? Even though I’ve been unsure, I’ve chosen Unsealed Spellbook myself (cause legit everyone does it). Could you guys also explain how to USE and ADAPT with this Spellbook rune? I’m a noob.

You mostly use it for the lower summoner cds. However (especially in draft) you can go exhaust first in a tough match up and switch to ignite later. Or switch to exhaust if you fall behind. Adapt your sum between TP, exhaust, and ignite depending on the situations. I'm not sure how to explain how to use it, because it just came to me naturally.
