Players don't group. The concept and importance is lost on them in Solo Q. It is probably the biggest key to the game. Doesn't anybody read LOL strategy or watch what the pros do ever? They also don't ward or even put free trinkets down.
You run into bad players all the time.
Yet, you do occasionally run into good players who do understand grouping. For me, it always seems to start in pre-game lobby. Generally as long as people are respectful, dont insta-lock, and occasionally give their preferred lane to another individual, people are more willing to cooperate.
I started in B5 and am currently S3. You can get out of Bronze, but it is a challenge. Remember- not everyone you play with is toxic.
