Mordekaiser was once my favorite champion.

Can we please just get a full on rework? Mordekaiser was one of my favorite champions of all time as a burst mage, but I know Riot is for some reason trying to move away from that. He's clearly on a Sion level of rework needed. When they first changed him to be the bot lane "Marksman" he became they over tuned his kit to try to make it work, now that they've nerfed that he's very rarely seeing some play in the Jungle and solo lanes. He doesn't quite fit in anywhere.
