@Meddler Question about the definition of obnoxious and counter-play.

Hello Meddler, Since everyone is saying XXX champion is too "obnoxious" to play against, I am really curious about what you think about the term. Also, it seems like high mobile champions have been subjects to nerfs recently. (Fizz, Zed, LB) Do you think Ahri's 3 dashes way too safe and deserve a change as well? In other words, are high mobile kits healthy for the games? Thanks for reading!
