Riot can you fix your targeting bug with Spinning targets?

Wu and Garen both Spin and their hit boxes SUDDENLY become much smaller then their normal size.

Hitting targeted attacks, auto attacks and even skill shots becomes very hard.

You see this most with Garen and URF so get off your lazy asses and fix the bug.
