A stupid idea: Shaco ult and boxes

So I think Riot wants to do a full VGU for Shaco at some point and it got me wondering just what makes Shaco, Shaco?

Now I don't play Shaco all that much, I played him a few times before his rework and practically got giddy with the amount of chaos I wrought with just my boxes alone. And I hate playing against Shaco's because they'll often spread discord throughout the early game (before the rework) starting with him killing our jungler.

Then it hit me. Shaco is Chaos. His name is literally an anagram of the word. He's meant to make you question what's real and keep you guessing. Personally I feel this is best represented with his boxes and his ult, and combining them was a good idea.

The execution however I'm not so sure about. Illuminatie boxes seem interesting, but I feel it'd work better with spawning a single box that could fear multiple people at once.

I haven't really given this idea much thought to be honest. Plus it doesn't seem like Shaco needs much work now because of how he's doing as an AP champion.
