Lane lock in button

I tried searching for this but I could not find it. Instead of the constant fights for who typed their lane first couldn't we have a built in button system so when you click it first it locks in and puts your name on it. So, there is no fights for who got what lane. Now I know that some people give up their lane to let someone else go, so you could put a button on there that gives any player that isn't locked into a lane the option to switch to your lane and you take another.
