Perhaps something we can do about Clarity.

lol), lucidness, clearness.
Those boots would actually make sense with this Summoner spell. xD
It's intelligibility, so the fact that it gives Mana, makes sense, but perhaps we can take it a step further into a Meta Summoner Spell.
Clarity worked best on sometimes mid, and I confess to even taking it as a support. My ADCs would whine, but after they would love it with how much harass they could spew out.
But there's also something else!
#Clarity is also. Clearness, and being able to SEE the WHOLE PICTURE...
What if we added a "Heightened Senses" 
to it?
If Mana and Heightened Senses was bestowed upon you and a fellow champion close to you. It would then benefit a larger RANGE of Champions.
Like Supports and Long Range Mages.
Sadly clairvoyance is no longer a thing, but this could bring it back.. err somewhat?
In other words.. we could take the two least used summoners, mash them together to make it something viable?
I know this may seem like a bad Idea, but I really miss my support spells.
