Mordekaiser W cooldown

Mordekaiser's W currently doesn't go on cooldown until the second cast, but I think it should start at the first cast. If you're not close to the targeted ally, the first portion of his W is just a small directional speed buff, and even if you are near, the damage isn't that high and you're usually going to recast it early to get the heal right away. The CD of the spell could be increased 3 or 4 seconds to compensate so he would scale better with CDR, but at least it wouldn't feel like you're punishing yourself by using the AoE damage effect.

(seriously tho just needs a total rework. He's been shit ever since Riot decided they don't want melee ADCs anymore and nerfed his ass.)
