why riot do you see it fit to nerf talon.....?Just why? why why why.When Zed is borderline spam played 24'7 what is this nonsense. Not only does talon have high mana cost at the start of the game making poking difficult he also has no escape besides his ULT so whyyyyy is it that his ult gets an increase in mana cost at every level besides 3 When its the same....?And why does his only escape or true form of burst get a cooldown increase? What sort of weed is the balance team smoking.
