Match Making Balancing

Since ranked queue was disabled a couple of days ago in most of the games I play there is a monumental difference between the player with the highest elo and the lowest one . In one game th e highest payer was Diamond 5 and the lowest Silver 5 , both players in the same match.

I am writing this as i find it not very fun to play against or sometimes playing with higher elo players because the have greater knowledge of the game and can abuse lower elo players (like myself) or others whom they are matched up with.

I know that riot put down ranked queue for technical issues but i dont find it fair the match ups i've gotten recently and i am still getting unfair matchups. I think it would be best that the higher el o players (platinum , Diamond etc) wait more in queue so they are matched with players from their respective elo (as they did in ranked).
