@Riot : Any More Info On Taric?

This is just me wanting to get an update on Taric. Shen is about to go live and since Taric is next it would be nice to know where he is in the creative process. I know he was talked about a bunch when a few Rioters went to the boards and just answered any of our questions but... I'm greedy.

We know he is more or less going to keep his heal and still have a stun but what about design or lore wise? I don't want anything that is "classified information" (that's a lie) just a little blurb to get me through the next few months.
