ARURF, ARAM champion rolls with any gamemode with AR in it

Can we please make these rolls locked? while I think having normal urf is nice and all, if you are going to put in ARURF and make everyone eat ass for it, at least make sure people don't dodge every quenue in hopes for a better roll
