Looking for help

I recently climbed from s4 to g2 in four days. Since then I have had extreme difficulty winning consistently and even fell three tiers due to one reason: every single game since this climb I have had one more team members die more than 10 times. I understand that this happens, but how can it happen more than 50 games in a row? Just looking for a reason since at this point I find it difficult to attribute this to bad luck.
