i have lost at about 50 lpl bec i get disconnected during champ select(plz read it all)

i live in greece and my connection is wind .wind is the worst internet connection but also the cheapest. im not rich so i have nt got lot of money to spend on internet connection. i lost promos for gold 5 and 2 days later same thing and i lose promo for gold v again after a week i lose promo for gold 4 again beacause i get disconnected during champion select.can somebody suggest a solution for this problem?if yes i would really appreciate ur spending time for one valid solution.Thank u for ur time sitting in ur chair or sth reading this text.
