ARAM is telling

I know riot doesn't balance the game for ARAM. They balance it for the rift. But I have come to an inescapable conclusion when playing ARAM this pre-season. Obtaining a victory in this game mode is rarely decided by skill anymore.

Pre patch I want to say comp was 70% of a factor when it came to win/loss on ARAM. Now post-patch, it feels closer to 90%.

While this doesn't really matter because let's face it, who really cares about ARAM balance? I think it is telling about league's champion balance as a whole right now. I really hope the balance team hits a ton of stuff really hard in the next patch, and I really hope it's the right stuff or I'm going to be fairly upset this time.
