Idk how you guys at the balance team just don't understand. Leave Yasuo Alone. Everyone and their mother told you the crit changes were stupid. Your air headed philosophy of we know best has you now basically undoing the crit changes. You refuse to hit champions who need to toned done(most long range adc and mages) directly and instead constantly hit the items that in turn affect none problematic champions, causing them to be problematic. This has gone on since season 4. How the fuck have you not learned by now.
