Need help out of Bronze hell

Im not asking for a carry per say. Just advise, or a Duo. I was gold 2 seasons ago, silver last season and stuck in Bronze this season. Been in Silver Promos 4 times this season and always seem to lose to trolls, AFK, or just people that refuse to work as team. I have gone 18-2-20 and still lose because of something.

Now i know im going to get people saying "Carry harder" which is what i am trying to do. So with that said, what would you guys recommend right now? i have been playing Lux, Annie mid and Leona, Brand Bot. I can ADC and top as well, but i prefer mid or Supp.

Should i change my champion pool? or are there people that actually know what they are doing that are willing to Duo.
