Hell even Urgot can 1v1 his lane opponent once and a while. This poor ninja needs an actual rework, and I don't mean like the one at the end of season 2 where Riot just over-buffed his old kit and spent two seasons doing Shen Meta damage control only to whittle him down into a pushover again. If his kit has made him flip-flop between pick/ban and useless since his release, maybe it's time to try a new one.
You clearly don't understand how to play shen. He's not supposed to do damage. At all. So get that out of your head. He's supposed to go full tank. I go 2/2/20 with him. Hell, even as tank I went 9/1/3. He's a very very good champion if you know how to play him. Stop your complaining. Does he need a rework though? Yes. But maybe sometime in the future.
id be down for that only thing that i would want to stay is his iconic global shield ult
