Legacy Skins Return?

Hi guys! I was wondering if anyone had any information on when some of the legacy skins will be returning for purchase. I've been wanting Sun Goddess Karma for so long and can't wait til she comes back! A beautiful skin that works well with the game's art style and I'm sad I missed it. PS- I'm not sure which board to post this in?
