Small Caitlyn Trap Adjustment

A lot of diff discussions on how oppressive Caitlyn is and the problems with her traps. Lots of suggestions to adjust her traps but no discussion on the cast range which could be the small adjustment she needs.

If she gets to a zone ahead of everyone to setup the fight, then sure she deserves to have an advantage with traps. But this isnt the case right now with 800 cast range on traps everyone could be there and she can still lay traps where ever without risk. If she wants to siege a turret, its absurd to have her zone teams that are already there all by herself.

IMO cut her trap cast range by around 200 so she'll have to at least get within auto attack range from ranged champions (and turrets which have 775 range) rather than the current trap from outside of AA range at total safety

She has 650 range which is the highest out of all ADCs, trap range 800 and trap bonus gives another 650 on top giving her a 1300 range headshot. Traps should require proper setup to use, not be like some auto attack damage modifier that can be used freely to poke 800 yards away
