Please change/buff Sejuani for Season 9

I might not have a lot of people agree with me here about changing her in general but I personally feel like the meta has become very stale and boring with just early game junglers and assassins. It's left out a lot of other jungle picks besides Sejuani that can't get any play because they get bullied early on in the game. For example, Sejuani has not once been viable once this season in solo queue, she has continually been receiving nerf after nerf (8.18, 8.14, 8.12, 8.7, 8.3) because of she was picked way too much in competitive play, and this goes back from season 7 as well since she was picked a lot in LCS and Worlds then too. Instead of her getting nerfed because of the utility she brings in competitive play, why can't she receive some type of early buff to at least make her a bit more viable in this current meta in the jungle? I understand her R is something abused a lot in pro play, but there are other areas that could be tweaked to also make her good in solo queue as well.
