Changes I want to see in League

Literally, just changes I want in League that would improve the game in both fun and health:

  • Remove the smallest Krugs. Make Big Krug split into two medium, but medium Krugs don't spam anything after. Krugs is quite literally the worst jungle camp because it takes too long, so you basically let it sit forever and maybe clear it once while you're overleveled on it.

  • Also, reduce/remove the 'Ranged Autos deal half damage' penalty if you have a jungling item so ranged junglers aren't balanced around not doing Krugs.

  • Reduce teamwide gold gain. Less assist gold, less turret gold, less dragon impact, make baron tankier. Games are so onesided because the entire team snowballs.

  • Increase Runic Echoes to 80 AP. Warrior gives 60 AD, which is good for an AD item; Runic Echoes gives 60 AP which is shit for an AP item. The only reason Nidalee and Elise are viable is because they have absurd base damage. Other magic damage junglers won't be viable because they're forced into an item that gives barely anything and doesn't have the base damage Nidalee and Elise have. If it would make Nidalee/Elise too overpowered, nerf them. You might need to also reduce the base damage and up the AP ratio on Runic a bit, but it's healthier in the long run.

  • Nerf shields somehow. Either make shields not apply resistances/not apply bonus resistance/not apply bonus resists and half base resists or just reduce their potency. The first option means tanks don't have shields technically give 3x the HP they shield due to resists and the second option just fixes the issue of SHIELDS ARE TOO FUCKING HUGE.

  • Lulu's polymorph duration should reduce to 1/1.1/1.2/1.3/1.4. She already has a ton of utility in her kit; she does not need almost as much CC as Leona.

  • General Design for tank supports: Probably should have a little less peeling power for ADCs because they have the benefit of acting as a frontline.

  • Reduce instant waveclear in the game. Mid lane has so much waveclear that mages can mostly stonewall assassins with consistently shoving waves. Same with Stattik Shiv; it's burst waveclear. Things like Hurricane and Tiamat/Hydra are good because they're waveclear over time, so you can interact with or against it. Sure, Titanic has a burst damage that can clear a wave, but it's an active effect.

  • Mages itemization is shit in terms of variety. You build Morello Liandyr's Hourglass Void and that's it. Lost Chapter also gives way too much mana early game. Ludens, RoA, Protobelt, and GLP are shit. Seraph's is a Cassio/Ryze only item.

  • Magic damage is basically true damage with the lack of MR and the buff to magic pen boots and Void. Revert those buffs and give like 4-5 MR for melees and 2-3 MR for ranged.

  • Revert Catalyst and RoA. Make RoA max at 110 AP (rather than the revert of being 120, or the current 110). If you're waiting 10 minutes, it should matter. Probably raise the cost.

  • Tanks shouldn't have high base damage nor high CC. They should be a moderate of the two, but right now they have both. The CC enables people, like your mage or ADC, to damage said target (hence why CC and damage should be an inverse relationship, like Ashe). Base damage is needed for waveclear/jungle clear but is clearly too high right now.

  • Tanks are also too tanky right now. Just raise tank item costs across the board because they're way too cheap.

  • Make Longsword 400 gold.

  • Revert Varus's Q nerf (mostly? Just get rid of the "you need blight on them" part and the base damage) and reduce his passive's AS ratio from 50%/100% to 40%/80%. He's so uninteresting right now, and he maxes Q last.

  • Nerf Duskblade. GIve the bonus damage a 3-second hold on duration and a 10-second hard cooldown once you've procced it.

  • Stop balancing Kha around applying Duskblade's bonus damage repeatedly with his R.

  • If you want to make more Champions viable in the jungle then give them flat bonus damage against monsters like Kayn has on hit Q. Also, make Runic Echoes and Bloodrazor less shitty.

  • Attack speed junglers seriously suck. You think attack speed jungler and you think Shyvana, Warwick, and Yi. (Kindred builds Warrior.)

  • Make tenacity affect displacements, but not instant displacements. For example, Darius's pull would be unaffected by Tenacity because it would be an instant displacement. Rakan's W would be reduced if you had Tenacity though.

  • Open up bot lane to more ranged champions like mages. Melees in bot lane won't work because supports are just too good at negating melees. To keep it fair that bot can't be played by melees, keep ranged champions out of top.

  • Champions who's design are to negate a class, be non-interactive, and/or auto win with poke to win shouldn't ever be viable. Midlaner's don't like faicng Galio because he stonewalls the lane and takes no damage; same thing with Gnar for top lane.

  • Fiora's vitals should spawn always on the opposite side of her target. Make her consistent rather than some RNG spawning that can completely decide laning phase.

  • Remove Bramble Vest and Thornmail from the game. Uninteractive design. Reduce ranged lifesteal if needed.

  • Junglers should need to take longer to clear the jungle and require clearling the jungle to keep on in levels/XP. Camping 1 lane to death shouldn't be the best strategy.

  • Reduce the potency of ADC items. I, as someone who plays ADC, don't want to feel like shit until I get three items, and you, someone else, doesn't want to be auto-killed because an ADC got three items.

  • Fix bruiser itemization cost and variety. Maw is useless for bruisers, Sterak's is too expensive and never procs, BoRK is shit on bruisers, Gunblade isn't viable on hybrid bruisers, and Rageblade was stolen by ADCs. Titanic could also go down 200 gold.

  • Nerf Tristana and Xayah. You're nerfing Kog, but what about the other pick ban ADCs at worlds.

  • Speaking of near 100% pick ban champions at worlds, nerf Jayce. He shouldn't have Kayle's passive as part of his ult, massive base damage, and massive AD ratios.

  • Obligatory mention of Zoe.

  • I volunteer to fix your rune system. There are so many issues with it that I can't even count right now (I just don't want to), but the biggest, next to Stopwatch, is there's no variety and choice like it was advertised to be. If you cannot allocate any resources to fixing your rune system with at least a change list, then please take my offer so I can have a more fun and balanced game. Yes, I would run it past people to point out mistakes and errors that would be fixed. Literally free labor, just talk with me.
