if i could just make a small suggestion

would it be too hard to let varus activate his +20% attack speed passive when ever he gets off three stacks of his blight.this way his passive isnt sealed away until the fight is actually over and he can have some dueling power One VS One.or maybe let his passive stack so he can gain a big burst of attack speed after 3 kills.
