Nocturne, Maybe some changes to go with his TR.

I have recently noticed the changes to Nocturnes Textire rework. I do use nocturne a lot and I really enjoy him as a champ he is. The texture rework definitely makes him look amazing and Riot did a great job with that. I also been think he could go with some changes to His Abilities OR His battle Style As well. I have noticed his main role is an assassin but, many people don't play him as an assassin. People often make him a Tank or bruiser. It really doesn't seem right that he is played that way. I just feel as if he needs like a change/rework so he could definitely be more fitting to his role. Also, Nocturne is losing it popularity and I feel as if a simple rework would help him out. Nocturne doesn't necessarily need a buff, but a change. I feel as if he is pretty well balanced. Just that, it would be great If he was a lot more towards the Assassin champ.

i feel like his passive seems out of place. A stealth passive might make sense because he's a ghost. If not, maybe something like bonus damage against feared targets. Not sure if these ideas would be good, just getting the ideas out there

The thing about Nocturne is people can build him as a tank with Elder Lizard and BotRK as his only damage items, yet still do massive damage. This is probably the reason why he's an "assassin". Even though he's not really bursting anybody down, he still comes at you from the middle of the river to your lane, then ends up killing you with only one or two damage items.

Also, I'm not sure if you've heard yet, but Nocturne's getting buffs soon that makes it so his ult cooldown is much shorter if he does not use the dash. This will create much more room for Nocturne to use arguably one of the strongest mechanics in the game, which is vision denying. Once he gets this buff, I believe he'll be in a much better spot and I wouldn't be surprised if he gets seen in competitive play since it'll give him some unique utility that nobody else in the game will have.

Nocturne Assassin? Assassins generally implies high burst and abilities to get in and get out again Nocturne certainly has the ability to get in with his unstoppable long ranged dash However he doesn't have that much burst or many ways to get out of a fight other then walking out

So how would you suppose they could turn Nocturne into an assassin? And if they did this wouldn't he probably play and be like a new and different champion?
