If a League of Legends MMORPG existed, like WoW. Because considering how the characters, locations, and factions are all so fleshed out, there's pretty much no reason not to have a LoL MMORPG.

You get to choose your starting faction - Demacia, Noxus, Zaun, Bandle City, or Ionia, and stuff like that.
